Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using Bloks ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Bloks is a Shopify application that provides AI-powered theme design and customization services. The App analyzes your store data to generate theme configurations and images tailored to your brand.

3. Account and Access

To use Bloks, you must have an active Shopify store and install the App through the Shopify App Store. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use Bloks only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to generate content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes on others' rights
• Share your account access with unauthorized third parties

5. AI-Generated Content

Designs and images generated by Bloks are created using artificial intelligence. While we strive for high quality, we cannot guarantee that all generated content will be perfect or suitable for every use case. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all designs before applying them to your store.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your store data, product images, and brand assets. Designs and images generated by Bloks for your store are licensed to you for use on your Shopify store. The Bloks app, its algorithms, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.

7. Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed through Shopify's billing system. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Shopify to charge your payment method. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Shopify admin.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bloks is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You can uninstall Bloks through the Shopify admin. We may terminate your access if you violate these terms.
